I am fifteen days past when my period should of come, I took HPT tests and got a blood test. I'm not pregnant. I am having abdominal pain, back pain, some nausea, and I get tired a lot more now.

Is there a way that HcG tests can be wrong?

Other than that, what else could be wrong that I'm having all these aches and pains but no period?
Also- is it still possible to ovulate even if there is no menses?

yes it is possible for it to be wrong and by the looks of it you are pregnant so take another one,
whether having a period that late is normal depends on if you just started having your period or not but im going to take a stab int he dark and say you're trying to get pregnant so yeah that's not normal unless you're pregnant…

i missed my period by 2 weeks and had abdominal pain, went to the doctors they said we'll do a pregnancy test but i doubt you are, it came back negative, they said it was trapped gas. I took a home pregnancy test about 5 days later, it cam back positive, i took about 5 more because i just couldnt believe it, they all came back positive, went back to the doctors and they confirmed i was about 3-4 weeks pregnant, so yeah its worth trying another test as the one could be wrong.
