I haven't worked out in a long time. I've gained a little weight and I'm about to start the hcg diet. I have decided to run a 5k in two months to help the weight loss. I am not like fat, just not a fit as I once was. I went running today and literally could only run for less than a minute before I was totally out of breath. I use to be in cross country and track so it's pretty heartbreaking!! How do I strengthen my endurance?? Ten points for the best most helpful answer!!

I found out I am 2 months pregnant threw a blood test and a sonogram. I keep taking the dallor store pee test just to see if it will ever say positive. I knew I was pregnant but they kept saying negative. I have searches and searched online and all I can find is some women don't release HCG into their urine, but why. It did that with my first child 6yrs ago as well. The firat child I used the digital clear blue test.

So a few months back I was on the HCG diet and did not complete it or stick to it. Last month I got my monthly visitor but it was like never before it wasn't even considered a regular flow more of spotting or when I wipe. Now I was suppose to get it this month and same thing. I took a pregnancy test a few days ago and it said negative. Could the HCG have done this?

I just gave birth to my first child in October 2011. I have been having normal menstrual cycles ever since. My last normal period was around January 4, 2012. Then I started having what I thought was my period again only two weeks later around January 20, 2012. I went to my doctor February 3rd for a routine check up and mentioned my strange period and if he knew what could be causing it. Hesaid I was probably just having an off period and would prescribe meds to stop the bleeding but just to make sure he gave me a urine test and blood work. It came back that I was positive for pregnancy!!! He informed me that I was probably having a miscarriage and needed to go to the ER. I go to the ER and get an ultrasound and they tell me that there is a 5 week 3 day old pregnancy and that is too early to see a fetal pole or heartbeat but my HCG levels were at 10,000 which is strong for that far along and that I was having what is called a "threatened miscarriage" and gave me about a 50/50 chance. They sent me home and told me to get rechecked at my OBGYN to see if there has been growth and recheck the HCG levels. So I go this week to get another ultrasound, and they said all they see is an early pregnancy but still no fetal pole or heartbeat. Mind you, I'm still bleeding and still having clots, and I mean ALOT. They too inform me that I'm probably having a miscarriage and that I will need to come back next Monday to recheck and see if anything has changed! I've been bleeding for over a month now, why haven't I miscarried if I was going to already? This makes no sense to me. Has anyone ever experienced this or know someone who has? Does anyone have any answers???? Until then I'm in limbo for another week

kmg Asked: what were your hcg levels at 5 weeks?

Mine are 8879 at 5w3d. seems pretty high from what I've been reading.
