I had a natural miscarriage August 28, 11 then got pregnant again right away with no AF in between. Unfortunately it also ended in MC but I had a D&C on October 27, 11 since the MC did not seem to be happening naturally and the baby no longer had a heart beat. I started taking the pill exactly one week after the procedure and the spotting and all pregnancy symptoms had subsidedat that time but then just the spotting started up again about my 3rd day on the pill and the spotting continued, stopped for 2 days last week and then continued again. I now have only 2 more days left of the active pill and my spotting has stopped again, but whatreally has me paranoid is that I now have sore nipples and breasts, nausea, dizziness, frequent urination, and abdominal discomfort which has gradually come on over the past few days (but no cramping or fullness). I have been pregnant a total of 7 times with 3 live births, 2 ectopic pregnancies, and then the two miscarriages in a row (in that order). My first ectopic was while on the Depo Shot so I know birth control is not 100%.

It has been 8 years since I have taken the pill and I am now taking tri sprintec which is the generic to orhto tri cyclenwhich i took about 16 years ago. I rememberhaving what I thought were pregnancy symptoms but at the time I had never been pregnant so i did not know the intensity of the symptoms and I did not get them all.

I have been taking home pregnancy tests to monitor my hcg levels and they went down to only test faintly positive over a week ago but that last bit of hcg seems to be lingering because I still tested faintly positive yesterday.

I feel as if something is not right, whether it be another pregnancy, something left from the last pregnancy, or maybe it's just because I'm paranoid. I really want another baby, but right now is way too soon after the two MC and the most recent was treated with D&C. That is why I am on the pill which I have taken religiously, and my husband and I have only had sex a few times but yes we had sex. I don't even think I have ovulated but I just don't know. I didn't think I'd get pregnant so soon after the last MC especially since I only have one tube but I did.

I don't know what to do. I don't even know what to ask. I feel like an idiot for being so concerned about this.How can I ease my mind without going to the OB and embarrassing myself. Obviously I should get my period in a few days when I start my inactive pills, but this last stretch is driving me crazy and I am tempted to just skip the last few active pills to start my period now.

Is it normal to have this many intense pregnancy symptoms on the pill?
